Classes are challenging, energizing and meditative.

Emphasis in on the interaction of breath and movement, as much as introducing students to a basic understanding of anatomy, thus allowing organic transitions between asanas.

Precision in alignment and flexibility in the flow of movement. The deep breath optimises the flow of energy within the nadis energy channels, our neural pathways experiences purification and life energy begins to flow freely.

My yoga classes are influenced by years of dance training, Iyengar practice, Ashtanga yoga training and residencies in India, as well as my studies of Body-Mind Movement, Embodied Anatomy and Rolfing/Structural Integration.
